I am back from Texas. It was a great trip. I began my drive down from Wisconsin on April 11 and was back on April 20. I met some wonderful birdy people and spoke in Tyler, Beaumont (Golden Triangle Audubon) and Houston (2 talks), all about A Charisma of Owls. I also got to see some southern birds, the common ones, that don’t regularly appear in Wisconsin, as well as birds that may be migrating on their way to WI.
